Amazing Rent a Car was a super convenient and high quality option for us- we took two road trips from Quito and used them for both. They’re flexible and the staff are really friendly, it was a way better move than going to the airport for the car (in terms of money and convenience) Perfect size car for the trips, I recommend visiting Banos and Mindo they’re only a few hours from Quito, full of activities and the drive is easy.
The guys here are brilliant. Santiago, Angelo & Roberto were very accomodating and a pleasure to deal with. They were always accessible via WhatsApp with any questions we may have had. Absolutely recommend this car rental agency.
If you are looking to rent a car in Quito this is the best place. I called the same day in the morning and they have the car ready within 1 hour the process was easy and efficient.
Chose this place based on the reviews and they’re accurate. The guys here are great! They explained the terms and answered all my questions ahead of time through WhatsApp as I was apprehensive based on other reviews of other companies when renting internationally. Used my credit card insurance and had no problems. They were nice enough to waive the cleaning fee as I didn’t have time to wash the car before returning it. They even offered advice on more places to visit in the city. Overall really pleasant to deal with. 10/10 will use them again next time.
Clean cars, and even better service. Really helped us explore Ecuador by road - it's beautiful!As a tourist, it is always stressful renting a car in a foreign country. Amazing Rent A Car was therefore an excellent choice: no hidden fees, a clear contract, and above all, excellent customer care.Unfortunately, our car had mechanical issues at the end of our rental period. However, the communication with the owner was easy per Whatsapp, and very quickly he personally picked us up from where we were stranded, and he dealt with the car. This could have been a scary event, being stranded in an unknown place, but it was immediately clear that the people at Amazing Rent A Car were fully committed to helping and providing excellent service.Even though our Spanish is bad, and the team spoke limited English, they were always patient and with the help of Google Translate we were able to communicate effectively.We will be back!
Rented a vehicle for a month which was the time I spent in Ecuador 🇪🇨 and all I can say the service was superb 👌 Very good customer service, prompt response at all times, literally 24/7. I highly recommend! I will be visitng the country again probably end of the year and definitely looking forward to rent another vehicle from Amazing Rent a Car 🙂
